"Nothing in the world can take place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Pres On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."
{ Calvin Coolidge, 30th president of the United States }
I would really like to know what is so wrong with "unsuccessful" men with talent. Those with talent are already successful in some degree. Many derelicts are without education so no. Genius can take place of persistence. Persistence and determination are not omnipotent. 'Pres On' cannot solve problems of human race, and I'm afraid not much can.
